Not expecting zero, but I want to know if this is a "you lose 3 frames" thing or a "you lose 30 in a crowded fight" thing. Battlegrounds are already the worst-case scenario for the engine and I'm on a 3060.

ESP with everything on at max distance, boxes, skeletons, nameplates, the lot. Anyone run it in a full 10v10 and actually looked at their frame counter?

Max distance is the lever. At default it's fine, at max in a 10v10 mine drops noticeably and it's the skeleton + nameplate stack, not the boxes.

How noticeable.

Noticeable enough that I turned skeleton off and stopped caring. Frames came back, screen got clearer, win-win.

Also culling distance on the world ESP. Nobody needs ore nodes rendered at 300m while fighting. Combat mode exists for exactly this and it's one key.

3060 will be fine with sane settings. It's the people running max everything on a 1060 who post about stutter.

Noted, sane settings it is. Was mostly worried about the crowd case, not open world.

Crowd case is where max distance bites hardest. Start at 100 and walk it up until it's smooth.
