Custom crosshair — can you change size and does it stack with the game's own

The default Aion 2 reticle disappears against bright sky. Genuinely the worst part of flying for me, I lose the centre of the screen and my aim goes with it.

There's a custom crosshair option. Can you set size and colour, and does it replace the game's or sit on top of it?

You can set both. It sits on top, so turn the game's own reticle off in settings or you get two.

Can't turn the game one off, it's baked into the combat UI as far as I can tell.

Then make yours big and offset it slightly. Sounds grim, works.

Small dot, high contrast, dark outline. Doesn't need to be big, just needs to be visible against white sky. Big crosshairs cover the thing you're aiming at.

Outline's a good call, hadn't thought of that.

Also worth saying the dot plus draw target line is a much better combo than dot plus FOV circle for tracking. Circle is for tuning, line is for fighting.

Turning the circle off then, ta.
